Registration for the Fall 2026 Season is open through July 18, 2026. Any registration form turned in after July 18th must include a $10 late fee. Late registration ends on July 20, 2026, no registration forms or requests will be accepted after July 20, 2026 no exceptions will be made.
Ages: Players must be 4 years prior to 8/01/2026. We include players through 8th grade. All players are required to have an appropriate sized soccer ball, and shin guards. Soccer cleats are encouraged. Players will be provided a jersey, and long socks for games.Registration forms should be mailed to P.O. BOX 37, GREENFIELD, OH 45123, received no later than July 20.
Registration Form must be accompanied by a signed SAY WAIVER OF LIABILITY form and registration fee.
FEE: $50 first child, $40 second child, $30 each additional child (SAME HOUSEHOLD). There is $3 fee added to online registration cost.
LATE REGISTRATIONS will not be accepted after July 20th at midnight.
